What the call covers
Fifteen minutes. We ask what the event is for before we quote it: the audience, the room, the dates and what success looks like. It is also where we tell you if a race simulator is the wrong call.

After the call
A written agreement and a deposit reserve the equipment and the crew. Then up to three hours of pre-event planning, the event itself, and the strike at the end of your last service hour.
