Simulators
In shortFive configurations. One has a complete published specification record. The other four are being measured, and each publishes when its record is done.
Five configurations. They differ on footprint, power, build time, throughput and how they feel, and those differences decide which one belongs at your event.
We publish the specification per configuration rather than one number for the fleet, because the fleet-wide number is the thing that causes load-in failures.
The fleet
| Configuration | In one line | Footprint | Spec record | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| VR racing simulator | Smallest footprint, deepest immersion | 8 by 8 ft min, 10 by 10 recommended | Published | Small booths, immersion-led activations |
| Static triple-screen GT | Highest throughput, crowd sees the screens | Measurement in progress | In progress | High-traffic booths, all-day running |
| Static curved ultrawide GT | One seamless screen, narrower build | Measurement in progress | In progress | Design-led stands, narrow booths |
| 3DOF motion GT | Visible movement, pulls a crowd | Measurement in progress | In progress | Brand activations, hospitality |
| F1-style formula cockpit | The flagship, and the one people photograph | Measurement in progress | In progress | Launches, grand prix hospitality, automotive |
VR racing simulator. Smallest footprint, deepest immersion. Best for small booths, immersion-led activations.
Static triple-screen GT. Highest throughput, crowd sees the screens. Best for high-traffic booths, all-day running.
Static curved ultrawide GT. One seamless screen, narrower build. Best for design-led stands, narrow booths.
3DOF motion GT. Visible movement, pulls a crowd. Best for brand activations, hospitality.
F1-style formula cockpit. The flagship, and the one people photograph. Best for launches, grand prix hospitality, automotive.
Choosing between them
Throughput is the metric
Static triple-screen. Shortest cycle time, nothing to put on a guest, fewest failure modes.
The feel is the product
3DOF motion GT, or the formula cockpit. Hospitality, launches and anything where per-head spend is high.
The booth is small
VR. The smallest footprint we offer and 8 by 8 is genuinely workable.
The photograph is the brief
F1-style formula cockpit. Nothing else in the fleet reads as motorsport from across a hall.
Deciding between motion and static is the most common fork. We wrote that one up separately.
Why four records are still open
One configuration, the VR rig, has a complete specification record and its numbers are on its page. The other four are being measured rather than estimated.
Measuring means a tape measure on the operating footprint, a clamp meter on the actual draw rather than the label rating, a scale on the crated weight, and a stopwatch on setup. It is slower than writing a plausible number and it is the whole reason this site exists.
Until a record is complete, that page says so rather than guessing.
Common questions
How many configurations do you offer?
Five. VR, static triple-screen GT, static curved ultrawide GT, 3DOF motion GT, and an F1-style formula cockpit on 3DOF. Multi-simulator racing is a format we run on any of them rather than a sixth product.
Why publish a specification per configuration?
Because one number for an entire fleet is useless to a planner. The published footprints in this category include 4 by 7, 5 by 5, 8 by 8, 8 by 10 and 10 by 5, all described as 'a racing simulator'. They are describing different equipment without saying so.
Which one should I pick?
Static triple-screen for throughput, motion for feel, VR for the smallest footprint, the formula cockpit when the photograph matters most. Tell us the room and the crowd and we will choose it with you.
Do you offer 6DOF full motion?
No, and we say so plainly rather than quietly not mentioning it. Six-axis platforms add cost and failure modes without improving a corporate activation. Three axes gives you pitch, roll and heave, which is the part guests actually feel.
Can we mix configurations at one event?
Yes, and above two rigs it is often the better build. One motion rig as the hero and static rigs for throughput, so the crowd self-sorts by confidence.
Why are four of the five records incomplete?
Because they are being measured rather than estimated. Footprint, power draw, crated weight, largest case dimensions, crew and setup time are being captured with a tape measure, a clamp meter and a stopwatch. Each publishes when its record is done.
