These terms govern your use of RaceSimulatorRental.com, operated by Equation Events. They are not the contract for an event. If you book with us, a separate written agreement covers the booking and that agreement controls. Last updated 11/02/2026.

Pricing and specifications on this site
This is the part worth reading, because we publish more detail than most vendors in this category and we want to be precise about what it means.
- Prices shown are indicative and are not an offer. Your written quote governs, and it is the only figure we are bound by.
- Specifications such as footprint, power draw, weight and setup time describe our equipment as configured at the time of publication. Venues differ. The specification that applies to your event is the one in your quote and site plan.
- Figures marked as sample data are placeholders pending measurement. They are illustrations of format, not results we are claiming, and you should not rely on them.
- Throughput figures are ranges, and they depend on crowd type, session length, staffing and floor layout. We publish the drivers alongside the range for that reason.
Using this site
You may read, print and share these pages. You may not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use it to build a competing listing.
Our content
The text, photography, design, logos and data on this site belong to Equation Events or our licensors. The Race Simulator Rental name and mark are ours. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.
Enquiries
Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not reserve equipment or a date, and it does not create a booking. Equipment is reserved when a signed agreement and any required deposit are in place. We do not accept events inside two weeks of the event date, and we publish that as a rule rather than negotiating it case by case.
Third-party links and embeds
The quote form is embedded from a third-party provider and is governed by their terms as well as ours. We link to other sites where it is useful; we are not responsible for what is on them.
No warranty on the site itself
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every figure is current at the moment you read it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Equation Events is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause is about the website; liability relating to an event we deliver is addressed in the agreement for that event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
